The dinner will consist of dishes that are of the Cilento tradition of Roccagloriosa.
A particularity in the Easter period in Roccagloriosa is the Holy Saturday procession held at dawn by the Confraternities which keep alive a millenary tradition.
During the stay, it will be possible to participate, by booking in advance, in bike or trekking excursions along naturalist-landscape cultural itineraries and tastings of wines, cold cuts and particular foods of the Cilento tradition.

ROCCAGLORIOSA CULTURAL ROUTE TREKKING - MUSEUMS
Accredited guide cost per person 30.00 Euros. Departure from the Zizzania and the Mandarin. Comfortable shoes recommended. Walk through the Roccagloriosa village in the alleys and stone-paved streets, among the noble palaces and fourteenth-century churches to immerse yourself in a timeless atmosphere with landing at the Antiquaria where part of the archaeological material collected during the excavation and visit campaign is exhibited at the oil museum.

Accredited guide cost per person 30.00 Euros. Departure from the Zizzania and the Mandarin. Trekking shoes are recommended. Very impressive walk through the woods to get to the archaeological excavations. Visit of the central plateau, of the tombs, of the same stairway used by the Lucanians to access the city and walk along the perimeter walls of the city. Walk through the Roccagloriosa village in the alleys and stone-paved streets, among the noble palaces and fourteenth-century churches to immerse yourself in a timeless atmosphere with landing at the Antiquaria where part of the archaeological material collected during the excavation campaign is exhibited and the oil museum.

Departure at 9.00 from Zizzania and the Mandarin - return scheduled for 18.00.
We recommend a pair of light shoes for the bike. Don′t forget your bathing suit with towel and a light raincoat in case of sudden wind or rain.
The tortuous, suggestive and particular path at the beginning of the walk through the small villages will satisfy expectations with the Ciolandrea plateau, a place where sky and sea unite in one with the bright green and the scents of the Mediterranean scrub.
